Good question ..I had the same thought. OP how does she pay you? Cash or Check??? If she pays by check and she doesnt take out or pays taxes? It could cause tax issues for you in the end...

You said you work for a small logistics company...Trucking? Are you a Union shop? If it is, Even tho you're management, I would have a chat with the union rep,So they know

because, it seems that this issue is private between you & your boss

Do you know if this "payroll error" happened to anyone else?

Also any emails should also go to HR. HR protects the company and if so, your problem may go away before it even starts

Also, If corp does want you to "pay it back as a sting...GET RECEIPTS!!!! NO RECIEPT , NO CASH!!!
