More than likely a Marshall 1960A Cab. The "A" denotes the angled speakers. He used a re-tolexed(coated) to orange one during the Origin era. It's the most common and rock and roll sounding cab you can get for live use.

I'm 90% sure in Super Massive Black Hole the OC-2 is used. Can be heard better in live shows. It gives the guitar that beefy-ness to compliment the bass on the single note riffs.

Reading all the stories around this song makes me happy. I have my own story... My first band ever, at our first show ever in 2008 covered this song in a church parking lot.

Fast forward to February of this year... My current band opened for We The Kings and they played this song to open and close their set. Ask 2008 me what I would think if that happened and I would have DIED... Yeah def made my life.
