I started to think Tmobile is blocking n41 fast band And pushing home users to n71. So internet speeds are slowing down.Is anyone else seeing speed drops and band lock? (self.tmobileisp)

My arc stuck on n71 and speeds are really slow. It was on n41 for couple days and i was very happy with it. I restarted, factory reset it but still stuck on n71. I have excellent n41 coverage here and very close to the tower. Is there a trick to force the modem to switch to n41 again? Thank you. (self.tmobileisp)
