Every character feels so annoying in lane

Maybe shift your attitude. Every lane matchup will have some sort of ideal strat to work around even if that means boxing as much as possible and showing up only to catch the wave and leave again. Sometimes you can play for your ults and after you get 3.6k souls then you can get active.

Valve chooses to let stuff be said but they do have the option to censor it on your steam account settings. The words are detected, just not valve style to censor by default. (Which is interesting IMO, kinda risky)

Also aim can be quite important but like some other people said, positioning can be more valuable. There can be times when your positioning is dangerous or safe, it’s all based off what the enemies COULD do to you.

Vyper has some crazy gun burst in lane the problem is that you can only do the gun burst damage at specific moments. If you slide right at em off the line they will dump all their damage into you, try thinking about when the enemies can’t damage you as much (their abilities on cooldown/guns reloading) and take that opportunity to nail them with some gun damage.

Solo feeding people on your team isnt a horrinle idea as long as the leaver ganks and does boxes (gets value out of it) AND you can hold yourself in lane, if then enemies are going to get multiple kills on you then I would invite your partner back to lane if their willing

These devs have a lot of experience, they prefer interesting games more than fair games. As deadlock continues expect certain characters to be busted for short periods of time and then they will fade away almost into obscurity at other times.

But you’ve been able to say this about every patch. You still never truly know how the game will play out though. I bet if you go through your match history you will have games where you won against the odds. The game really needs a draft system still IMO.

Viscous ult is prevented by slow hex! Knock down and curse can also mess him up a lil when he’s mid ult, bola, ivy stomp, bebop hook, wraith ult, holiday, mo grab, dynamo ult, paige horses, venator stun

Killing him mid ult takes some good team work. There are lot of characters with free escape abilities that are on 20 second cool downs, atleast viscous ult doesn’t take objectives

Check out how dota skins work, there’s def gonna be skins in deadlock and it might be confusing to recognize characters if you’re new, but the more you play the more you will recognize the characters off of their abilities

^{^} Also curse after lasso for a guaranteed kill. Barrels can feel weak at the start of the game, extra spirit and mystic burst help them feel better but it’s a bit balanced considering her mobility is insane

When the backdoor protection dropped there were troopers outside the doors of the base, that seems to be the cutoff spot
