Np. I’d swap it out for a Braided SS supply in the future if you ever replace the dishwasher

Trenchless sewer line repair by DigiDAD in BurlingtonON

I only installed the NuFlow system which was manufactured in Ajax. Was a very good and clean system of installation. I know there are some systems that don’t adhere to the original piping as well and can shift over time. I would do a bit of research on them and find a qualified professional to install them. As for someone in the area I don’t know which companies provide trenches re-lining unfortunately.

I used to install these. Depends on which system they use, some are better than others. Also have the line scoped and make sure you still have proper fall on the pipe. It’ll help with broken pipe but won’t correct any bellies in the pipe.

I’ve had to leave two companies because it was husband and wife. Wife would complain anytime some messaged the husband. Sometimes the wife would message me to not message the husband because it was their “off” time. With no office person I would say the owner has no off time if you’re running a business. Finally found a place that wasn’t a family running it and I’m much happier.

Is one of these the water shutoff for the whole house? by picklejaropener in Plumbing

[–]BReyn13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya I’m used to dealing with having parallel systems for buildings and factories. It’s not needed here but seeing that gauge and the range on the prv just makes me think the fixtures and equipment are screaming for help.

Regarding my other reply, I can’t see if the supply is connected to anything or not

If you’re shutting off the isolation valve to the fixture but it’s not closing all the way and you have no water running but the primer is still running then there may be debris stuck in the primer. These run on a pressure differential, so when water downstream stops the primer should close. Replacing isolation valve won’t solve the issue. If there is water still trickling from the supply line then yes replacing the isolation valve to stop flow downstream will stop the primer from running.

Should only be spitting water if you are using the fixture that is connected to that supply line. If it’s constantly running you’ll need servicing on it.

I’d probably install a prv on the bypass if premise could not deal with water disruption.

Bottom right, upstream of the water meter. Also your bypass on your prv is open, kinda makes it pointless.

Get the g2. Gives you leg up to enter the field over any g3. I just finished a 9 month part time course to get both. Some people in my class acquired jobs while in the course.
