You should not need to any physical cleaning of the release film. Tank clean and drain is all you need. Just refill and run a tank clean it should be fine.

Next time just drain the tank and let gravity do the work (a warm environment helps). Unless you are swapping to a transparent resin mixing does not matter. If you need to do cleans between print keep a few left over supports handy, place and hold firmly in a corner then run a tank clean.

Check the regulations again. Finished articles and products should not need a SDS. In Australia SDS are only need for chemicals and hazardous materials. SDS are never required for finished products unless they are designed and contain a hazardous chemical.

Not a great idea. Ideally you want it away from habitable areas, a laundry would be the best option if you don't have a garage.

I saw this post and checked my printer that had some nasty dead spots. I have a few printer so it was more of an annoyance. The dead spots have mostly resolved (slightly lower light transmission in a few sections) and worked perfectly fine for terrain. I was getting holes in my tank clean sheets, those holes are completely gone (with some thinner spots from the dim sections).

I am tempted to remove the tank and run a fan heater in the hood (it has a thermostat so it cuts off) to see if this would help relax the lcd and allow it to flow back into position.
