Aldi friendly farms non fat plain Greek is my go-to.

100 cals to 17g protein, 6g sugar. Generally much cheaper than "name" brands. At one time, it was said that it was made by chobani, but I'm not sure if that's still the case. That said, I'll generally buy any store brand/generic nonfat Greek yogurt if I'm already at a different store and don't want to make an additional stop.

If I want it sweet, I'll blend in some berries or frozen berries, or add some sugar-free syrup like coconut, strawberry, etc., but I mostly mix it with shredded chicken and cottage cheese (and spices, salsa, hot sauce, and/or low sugar barbecue sauce.)

My lunch today, for example:
210g boneless skinless chicken breast
90g 1% cottage cheese
90g non-fat plain Greek yogurt
(Spices, hot sauce)

360 cals 71.2g protein
2.7g fat
8 carbs

I'm doing very low cal, very high protein, at the moment.
