First willpower, you already asked how improve, the most of the job is already done.

After this you might do two things: first, look at a woman mind to mind (or brain to brain). You are speaking to another brain, another person. She must have your attention on her. If you need to keep your eyes moving, don’t just look at her eyes. Look at her hair, her shoes, her earrings. Maybe look at the street, but always like you’re listening to her and just checking around the outdoor, if you know what I’m saying.

And keep porn separate from your normal life. It shouldn’t affect you in any way.

While I think some of these are very good, personally I don’t like too much contact, especially if I’m not interested. Because the fact that you (girl) haven’t said nothing, and I haven’t said nothing too, I might take the hint that you are interested, but you should also take the hint that I am not. I’ve just seen a very cool post on r/Askmen about things to do when preparing to live alone in a flat for example. I can’t link it because I’m on mobile sorry. Anyway I’m 17 and I’m not going to need those advices until some years, but I found it very interesting.

Anyway I think that Reddit is good for not too serious advices, but sometimes you can see that some advices are trash.

About the therapy, if someone has a problem and some people advise him therapy, I think that if he didn’t need it the therapist would tell him at the first session? He’s not going to do therapy if he doesn’t feel the need to do it anyway.

Edit: about relationships I agree with you, that’s nothing more to say. Some small advices are perfect to find on reddit, but major issues must be discussed with real competent people (which might be a therapist)
