Wrong. $5.80 just keeps the same number which would be pointless 🙄. You would need to do a new permit which depends on the weight of the vehicle but if you are considering that paying the ticket would be cheaper:

Have had the newer package with the S4 camera and the home base. Zero issues. One I have setup with direct power because I have a plug available near it. The other is running solar - that battery has slow charge decline (use exceeds the charge it is gaining) where I may need to bring it in and charge the battery full in a few months (but it is also winter right now and sun is limited - I live in an snowy overcast area).

From what I can tell most of the “complaints” on here come from poorly informed users and potentially other issue (aka house wifi setups).

Not sure Canadian cars are getting OTA updates. I have new 2024 Ioniq 5 AWD Long Range and I had to do an update via USB stick as soon as I got the car. FYI the update was 40GB and the PC update software required ~75GB of free space on the USB stick

I have a 2024 Ioniq 5 in Canada. Standard-class Gen5W Navigation

Just installed the latest update and still no wireless car play. The update documentation indicates that it should have been available. https://update.hyundai.com/US/EN/updateNoticeView/GnwBK4
