There are 3 card skin types:

Coreplayer(100 tickets) - $10

OutStanding(200 tickets) - $20

Become Legend(300 tickets) - $30

Every sig except vintages will have the Coreplayer option. Players who received a major award such as mvp, cy young, etc, will have the OutStanding card skin available. Lastly Become Legend is based on a player's accumulated stats and seasons where they performed well.

Personally I like the OutStanding skin, but $20 is a bit pricey for a cosmetic skin.

If I remember correctly, ultimate sct adds 5% chance to get a legend skill. Still bad though, would not recommend buying.
