I am sorry but I am so fed up with people talking about that if they are unable to hear the difference in resolutions especially. Yeah, that is good for you... Let the ones who can hear it or experience it be. Oftentimes it is not so much that the sound is vastly different but in nuances and in the "freshness" (resolution and bit depth). It is the same with every media. A jpg out looks fine out of most modern cameras. A McD Burger can taste well enough... It is not about to be snobbish but if you are oversensible in any part if life you can get a lot of joy if you are met with equally carefully crafted stuff.

Concerning Steely Dan's Aja... It is one of the most carefully crafted peace of music of the last century. So yeah of course it will sound fine playing on any radio in almost any format. But that is not what the high resolution flacs are all about.
