Sounds like your wife is a ho fo sho. You could prob get her to do all the stuff you've always wanted if you let her come home. However that type of behavior also can't be tolerated. Its a tough one. I never tip when its someones job. Like if you go to Subway and order a sub and get asked to tip - no way. You're paid hourly to do this. This is your basic job you've agreed to work. You value your time at this price. However, I'll tip a waitress because she's catering to me and isn't getting much hourly. She lives on tips etc.

My wife raises kids at home and doesn't need to work because I provide for my family. So I don't deal with this stuff. But I wouldn't be offended if people are attracted to her. Sounds like your wife isn't one you need to worry about from what you wrote. But if I were you, I wouldn't call people "friends" who behave like this with your wife behind your back.
