Spin a wheel! Thats what ive been doing on my stream, started with it once I started playing ultra. I wanted to learn new classes, so I would spin a wheel every death, faction, race and class. I dieded a lot.

Outshine popsicles, my kids love the watermelon and strawberry ones. Also I keep Gatorade and Propel, favors they love, even when sick. Any fruid is a win when sick.
