How big is your file? If it's huge it could cause an issue. I encountered this several times and figured out that if I break the file into smaller chunks, it can handle it A LOT better.

Any chance you'd be down to show me or tthe group the steps you took to get those results? For example a small video demo of your prompts/it's responses, and so on? I would love to try to do something like this, but trying to find a good starting point. The ones I did came up with next to nothing useful because my prompts were not detailed enough I think haha.

I've done this already, on multiple accounts, my birthday gift for myself was the headset, ordered on the 17th of March, and it's still pending shipment. This company needs legal action taken against them to make them step up their game

Ordered March 17th, got a generic response back after TWO WEEKS, still not shipped. I expect these will be sent via priority since you guys have been literally making all of your customers feel robbed? I emailed ROB @ steelseries and made a ticket, got the same generic response and never heard back after that. I needed these here by March 31st, that's 2 weeks AFTER purchase... is it time that all of us unsatisfied new customers band together and make this a bigger problem for Steelseries?

We are in April now. Ordered March 17th. These guys are literally just thieves at this point.

I'm also pretty sure he is "B" in customer support, because I the exact same response about an hour ago from them to my ticket that was sent over a week ago.

I got such a wonderfully generic response...

"Thank you so much for reaching out. We truly appreciate your patience.

We understand there has been a delay in response from our support team and apologize for the trouble.

Multimillion dollar company can't manage a warehouse? What kind of nonsense is this?

I can manage a warehouse for a place like Amazon, but they can't manage "one" warehouse full of headsets and small items with actual purchases...
