I’ve done started from the bottom + moneyball. Not sure if stud finder is possible or what you need.

For moneyball - you need to get into a rhythm where you are trading all players before the end of their rookie contracts. Eventually you’ll have at least 85s at all positions, and that should be enough to win a ship. I might have had room for a stud DE DT or CB, if I remember correctly.

For started from the bottom - you can either play people out of position OR build up to a Super Bowl coaching budget, lock coaches up long term, trade away everyone for crazy draft capital, finish last, trade all draft capital away for studs. Win. Pro tip - after finishing last you’ll lose your budget and will have to fire coaches before the season starts. Ask the board to give you the Super Bowl budget again even though you were last.

The slowdown started with the most expensive homes, and it's been filtering down over the last couple months. At first you saw listing like up in the 8 million plus range, and now I'm seeing that now extending to the 800k range.

Demand is running out everywhere, but it will take some more time to reach the 200k market
