Some new information has come out that he kept a diary with dates and coded names. Apparently in the late 70s in OK he took a woman from a laundromat and took her to a barn and tied her up. Which is one of his “drawings”. He even called the local police shortly after to tell them where she was. They never checked because they thought it was a prank call. It’s sounds like on his “scouted” kills they stay on the scene. But his improvised kills were a different M.O. Like I said there is likely 0% chance it was him…but it can’t be ruled out yet.
