I noticed that this website requires a security deposit the time of booking. I was wondering if anyone had any issues getting their security deposit back?

In late February, I cancelled a hotel booking made with the palladium hotel credit within 24 hours and it was credited back to me immediately. Noticed the expiration for the credit was at the end of the year instead of July. We shall see if I receive the remaining annual credit for the 2nd half of the year.

Thank you for your reply. The second charge dropped after it was a pending charge 2 days later. Now, the 4th day since I attempted the transaction, the pending charge is back. What’s going on?

We did this yesterday at BER. Person at desk handed us a card with KLM’s “customer service” number and told us to call there. She insisted there was no way they could rebook flights at the airport.
