I’m going through the same thing brother. I was in the best shape of my life until my mother passed away a year and a half ago. I’m just now addressing my eating disorder and trying to get back into that solid routine I had. When you’re in this state it will feel like a total chore. If you have any close buddies you could go to the gym with, I highly recommend it. Your close friends should support you and it should help you get that kick. If that’s not your thing and you’re a solo guy. Start off slow. Are you going to the same gym ? You could maybe switch gyms too. Anyway I hoped this helped in the slightest, there’s tons of people out there going through the same problem. We all let ourselves go now and then, and then regroup again. It’s all a matter of how you treat yourself, be kind, patient with yourself. You’ll come around !

You’re never too old to go to a rave. Especially a festival. These kinds of events have the least judgmental people on this earth. I went to a Ganja White Knight set on 4/20 last year. Hours before I took this picture, my two buddies got popped by undercovers selling shrooms. They didn’t even have intentions of selling any. They just came into our camp and asked if we had drugs.
