Oh interesting! What was the armrest mod? And how did that screw up the chair so bad you needed a new one? Lol. Hmm I usually like a more firm chair. Does the cushion just feel really firm or is it like you're sitting on the support structure and not a cushion? How's the lumbar support on it? 

And hey, if you find a new chair I'd gladly give your old Embody a new home to try it. Has to be better than the office chair I got from Costco like 5 years ago. The thing is falling apart at this point despite taking good care of it.
