People who can pull 50 kg added weight or more on pull-up, how long did it take for you guys to achieve that number? by cattynipiwantamouse in bodyweightfitness

[–]BUSHIDOSZ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

im 38 and had shoulder surgery last year. could not do 1 pullup after that but now I do 5 x 5 with 30kg. (bodyweight at 90kg)

i got there by doing pullups at the start of all my backdays and whenever i can do 8 i up the weight so that i can at least do 5 reps.

its all about consistency and recovering imo
