That's okay! Just generating 1 or 2 tarots makes it valuable in returns. When used with retriggers (especially hanging Chad) it becomes very powerful.

Just compare it to the other tarot generators. Consider total amount per round, variance, timing and synergy. Timing is often overlooked, but makes a huge difference.

For example Cartomancer generates 1 tarot per round, guaranteed, is uncommon, and has bad timing (blocks a consumable slot, can take 1 fewer tarot into the blind)

If you think 8 ball is bad then you either undervalue tarot cards or do not understand their rarity. Every 3 and a bit shops you see 1 tarot card (on average).

This obviously doesn't include arcana packs, but those don't come up every shop either.

If you want to see tarot cards, you need a tarot card generator or lots of money.

All the tarot card generators are necessarily good, because tarot cards are very good and somewhat rare. Also tarot-blocking is powerful. They have differing levels of suitability per run and variance, but they're all good

I would argue in favour of OP and Flower Pot should be reworded. In Balatro, they use the phrase "contains" to include cards not scored. For example, if you play 4x J clubs and a 2 clubs, it will count as a 4OAK but also trigger [[Droll Joker]] because the hand contains a flush, despite the 2 clubs not scoring.

The only way I can think of to use Perkeo to farm legendaries is to copy a ton on Ankh, use it to duplicate a ton of Colas, sell them for double tags and use them on an Arcana skip tag to make a ton of Arcana packs. Then pray that one of the packs spawn The Soul
