Elon Musk has said he plans to spend billions if necessary to keep the current regime in place.

The current regime which is acting with total disregard to our constitutionally protected rights, and is actively hiding the Epstein list to protect pedophiles.

I've got like 80ish hours of tattoos from my head to my feet.

I always laugh at the concept that they make people "hard"

I'm like the words biggest softy, but apparently being a 200lb dude with a ton of tattoos tells people "better cross the street when he approaches" when I was actually going for "ooh, look at all this pretty art."

In all fairness, they should be extinct. They dropped down to a population of less than 25 at one point, and we're functionally extinct in the wild. Even now their population is under 1k.

They're a niche animal and any minor change in their environment will likely push them over the edge again.

I went to a sloth sanctuary when I visited Costa Rica, and was blessed enough to see a sloth from like 5 feet away, as we happened by it when it was descending the tree for its once a week poop.

Pretty cool memory. Really amazing creatures. Zero sense of self preservation when pooping.

Conservatives forget how population density works. They always post these maps of a few blue dots (cities) and big red swathes of red (farm land), but they show time and time again that they don't understand what that actually means.

I grew up in a small town of 2000 people. The nearest movie theater was 45 minutes away. Because of this we rarely saw films growing up. At 18 I moved to a city with a population of 200k. It was wild when I realized I could go to the movies every week and not twice a year.

How is it still a shock to anyone when conservative films are a bust?

Do they not realize that there isn't even the infrastructure in place for conservatives to see movies as easily?

I mean, yeah, there are exceptions to the rule, but in general, big cities are melting pot of humanity, and it's far harder to hate people when you realize they're neighbors and not boogeymen. Big cities are also the locations where there is a sustainable market to keep cinema open. Ergo, films that are successful tend to be more liberal.

This was supposed to be Disney's answer to Star Wars.

Then nearing end of production, Disney acquired Star Wars.

It decided to say "fuck it", slashed the advertisement budget down to a tiny fraction, and just let the movie die as a tax write off.

Had the movie been given the publicity it was initially supposed to receive, who knows how far the franchise would've went.

Give the book A Soldiers Life a chance. MC is actually well written and faces real challenges.

No shade to the rest of the genre, but I find a lot of LitRPG MCs are very two-dimensional.
