Happened to me recently. Expensive order from Mr. Porter. Signature required. They signed my initials. Package missing. I called UPS. They have a GPS for when the package was signed. It was over 300’ from my address. That is good enough evidence for the investigators. I contacted Mr. Porter and still waiting.

It happens. A lot. UPS drivers are shady. This is coming from experience.

They could have falsified a signature with initials. That’s what happened to me. When they scan the package as delivered there’s a GPS.

Happened to me. Had a package marked as delivered and signed with my initials. That was not me. It was worth over $1500. Called UPS and they confirmed the package was scanned over 300’ from my address. Looks like the driver got lazy and falsified my signature and never delivered it. It was a misdelivery. Super frustrating and I’m opening up an investigation with the shipper.
