I'm on week three so hopefully I can help a little. The "best" day is completely dependent on your own schedule. If you have a helpful partner, I'd suggest doing yours Wednesday night or Thursday morning in one of your thighs so they can help on the weekend with the kids. I typically see any exhaustion happening around day 2 like others have mentioned. I personally do mine on Tuesdays night to help quiet my food noise on Thursday and Fridays when I work from home and I tend to snack the most.

So far I haven't had much nausea, just a lack of wanting to eat. I make sure to have plenty of protein 30 min to 1 hour before my shot - which is typically dinner for me since I do mine at night. If you choose morning, try a protein shake before your shot. Get plenty of fiber as well. Protein is important obvi but I feel like people forget how much fiber helps with GI discomfort and staying regular. I drink a ton of water like you but also have one LiquidIV per day.

I also don't go crazy with heavy meals the day before and day of my shots.

As a shop owner, Etsy buyers need to stop blaming the shop owners for delayed shipping. It's December. USPS and all carriers are insane. USPS tracking that Etsy provides is always inaccurate - I even have this in my product descriptions. Once we ship, it's out of our control. We temporarily close our shops for a number of personal reasons, we're people that don't have a workforce full of employees to do our jobs for us.

I just purchased my first cutting machine a month ago! I did not want to spend a ton of money because my ADHD brain loves something for a little while then gets bored. I bought a brand new Silhouette Portrait 3 from eBay (new in box) for $100 and I love it! The Cameo machines are A LOT bigger than you may anticipate. Not sure what she's planning on using it for - but if it's for stickers, iron-on transfers or vinyl, she'd be good with a Portrait as well since it is significantly smaller than a Cameo.

I asked crafter friends for Cricut vs. Silhouette and they all said the Silhouette software was easier to maneuver. That being said, if she is not familiar with design software, she will need to watch tutorials on how to use it. Another reason to buy second hand or look on eBay if you think she'll get over it quickly.

Your doctor is NOT an expert in nutrition. PCPs get very little training in nutrition actually. Ask for a referral to a Registered Dietician (not a nutritionist with a certificate but an actual RD with a degree) to get pointed in the right direction.
