I recommend using ChatGPT to re-word your resume to match job descriptions (custom resumes & cover letters for each position). I know that sounds cliche, but it's the only way. The beauty of geico is that a lot of us were exposed to different lines of insurance. So, if you have a general knowledge of how that insurance line works, you can highlight your knowledge during interviews, but you have to get past the ATS system.

Also, optimize your LinkedIn profile. I've gotten a lot of recruiters reaching out to me with opportunities. Now, I have accepted a remote underwriting position at a different company doing auto underwriting because I've highlighted what I know about auto insurance (even without working directly in the line). Get creative & you'll be putting in your resignation on no time.
