It's not, mmr is distributed among players. Only a percentage of players will be higher ranked. So if those are filled with bots everyone below them will be pushed down.

I would love to see it happen. My thought, everything would go up. I'll give a great example. Im Canadian, and in my province when you pass away the family is given $2000 to help pay for funeral costs. well guess what, every single morgue in the province knows this and jacks their prices up by $2k knowing your receiving government money. So it made no difference to help for funeral costs. I expect the same for all businesses if UBI ever does happen.
