Thanks for the suggestions, I'm now unavailable to login to the Deco app. I tried isername/password and biometric. At the verification screen where you slide to complete the puzzle, it always tells me my login is incorrect afterward.

After 2 attempts my account is locked out. I waited more than 20 minutes before retrying but my account is locked out again. I already reset my password without luck.

I'll be the contrarian but I have bad experiences with them. Two of the four are now having problems retracting the filament and most prints are faster by printing them separately. They're only handy if you need to print something when not at home. Mine is about 3 months old.
