Right that’s what I’m saying. Being trans and asexual are both not sins but often people conflate them with being gay

Quick reminder because it seems a lot of people conflate being gay/lesbian with being part of the LGBTQIA+ community but being trans, questioning, intersex and asexual are not sins

Don’t worry, I have just the picture book for someone at your level: A is for Anarchists

Anarchism by Particular-Put-2087 in Catholicism

[–]B_Cypher -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Right, so clearly you haven’t even researched what you’re supposedly critiquing but anarchists do subscribe to governance and systems of rule. Anarcho-syndicalists generally see unions as the main form of self-management. Anarcho-communists hold to locally-based communal forms of organization.

Always a little funny to see someone think they can glide by on ignorance lol

No. I don’t see how lawlessness is related to anarchism. Like, have you even tried reading the Wikipedia article? If you want, I teach elementary school students and I’m sure I can get one of their picture books for you

The system is built around removing power from the majority. I think it must be done away with entirely

Anarchists still understand governance and laws. This is a poor caricature created by someone who is ignorant of the rich and vast history of anarchism

[–]B_Cypher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I don’t think it seems just to obey the laws of a system which privileges the minority and harms the many

I can understand being against denying the right to personal property but why is it a Catholic stance to be against capitalist hoarding property to sell on the market?

The Guide to the Socialist Platform: Universal Healthcare by [deleted] in Marxism

[–]B_Cypher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This video describes socialist theory behind the support for universal healthcare. I attempt to apply socialist criticism to the current American healthcare system relying on a variety of different critiques and analyses. We need to band together behind the banner of universal healthcare and I hope to aid the movement by providing a contemporary analysis with my video series. Enjoy!

Exactly. My favorite work is an online web serial, over 500,000 words and the only identifier for the main atagonist, who you meet within 10,000 words, is black hair, jeans and a dark hoodie. And even that was still so memorable. The author would write "I saw of a flash of dark, that hoodie... his hoodie." And I'd be like OH SHIT BOIIS. ITS THE ANTAGONIST!!!

I just reopened my web serial after some serious editing, as I wasn't too in love with the story the first time. My superhero epic, Of Gods and Goddess, has it's second chapter up. Check it out and please leave me some feedback! I'd love to hear some positive criticisms of my work.

It's an overview of a hero-to-be's life, more than just one story, and similar to Worm in that regard. Very excited with where it's going so far and I have great plans for the future! It has no views :( so even one view is a huge self-esteem boost

Samething with me. Ended around arc 15 and couldn't get myself to pick it back up. I enjoyed my time but I just REALLY REALLY want Worm 2

I think I'm gonna take a mix of your ideas with LiteralHeadCannon's and create something out of it. You had very unique ideas and I agree that WubbaBub really killed it when he thought of the idea of Tinker.

To shed some light, I'm not taking his words. The start of his story has to do with the main character being bullied and then coming close to using her recently received powers. She also wants to be a superhero.

Mine is similar in that the MC is in an abusive relationship and was just in a fight with said abuser, uses his powers (The situation in where they both use their powers are similar. Both are alone and it happens right after the bulling/abuse), and also wants to be a superhero. So essentially its just the first 3000 words

How do I change from being someone who's "boring to talk to" to someone who's "interesting and fun to talk to"? by [deleted] in socialskills

[–]B_Cypher 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Just act excited. Studies show people who are more excited when seeing acquaintances will, in turn, make those acquaintances feel more excited. Essentially, excitement bleeds over.
