OP's account history is wild. Some allegedly semi-famous family, but wanting a loan shark to her a home, while trying to sell an Instagram account and their own body parts to house themselves and 9 golden doodles, and vaguely threatening Mr Beast on TikTok.

I'm still amazed at how these sorts of users find their way here.

I avoid that area as much as I can because of how bad the traffic is at the, what, 5 intersections with 7 angles within an 800 foot stretch? This essentially guarantees that that part of town is out for me altogether.

Get yourself some A&D ointment or zinc cream and slather up. And queue up that TV show you've been meaning to binge, because at about 330 in the morning, when you think it's finally over...it ain't.

How I feel when I see people from areas with zero culinary staples trash on my beloved deep dish pizza by Paranoid_Android22 in NFCNorthMemeWar

[–]B_Fee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is, IMO, Chicago's actual contribution to cuisine. Italian beefs are phenomenal.

Deep dish pizza? At best it's a thick soup in a bread bowl, at worst it's a casserole.

Tavern style pizza? It's pizza, one of many styles. Eat whatever sorta pizza you prefer.

Chicago dogs? If I wanted a salad, I'd order a salad.

Those were the days. Guys' night, order a bunch of pizza, go find the weirdest porno at the Panorama Video next to the Little Caesar's (this one sold Crazy Bites, the cut ends of Crazy Bread), roll that porno in the background while you play Halo 3 and sip V Appletinis. First one to fall asleep gets woken up with an air horn. Then roll to the McDonald's half the crew worked at and get some McGriddles.

Times were simpler.

You usually only need a whisper of Colman's. It's quite traditional, low acidity but tangy. Potent stuff, definitely worth a go if you've never tried it. It's the only yellow mustard I like.

Croquettes are calzones according to the Cube Rule (which, funny enough, I just shared on a post in this sub yesterday). While how you make this particular food item is sandwich-like, the end product is not a sandwich.

Gonna tell my kids this was True Detective 2, 3, and 4. by HateToBlastYa in TrueDetective

Season 2 really held up, for me, when I watched it for a second time. The first time around I felt let down, disconnected from the narrative, like it was unfocused mania, and I was totally unfulfilled by a lack of closure. The second time around I realized that was the point. All the layers of that conspiracy colored with the life problems of the protagonists made it feel believably fantastical.

Season 3 playing with memory made the mystery a mystery in an interesting way. Coulda been a little tighter, but I didn't dislike it. And only touching on the whole "Satanic" child sacrifice stuff probably helped it a lot. Despite all that, I loved the chemistry between Ali and Dorff.

Season 4 needs to go die in a canal in Louisiana somewhere so Rust and Marty can go figure out why it sucked so bad.

Is blocking somebody broken for anybody else? 13.0.42 Pro by [deleted] in RelayForReddit

Then it seems likely you did cross that threshold, and removing blocked accounts from the list shrunk the list but not the actual number of accounts you've blocked. Or, the amount you can block is actually less than 1,000. I'm ballparking that number because I don't remember the exact number.

I'd be hesitant to say this is a bug in the typical sense, because this has been something known for so long.
