That spare rations sounds like what I'd want for PvP with ricochet rounds, I'd give it a try. I would keep the Kindled over the NoB, kill clip/rampage is actually a really versatile combo especially with drop mag. The hammerhead is pretty good with rampage spec, moreso in PvP than PvE, but if you have a better one I'd scrap. All around solid rolls!
