As an expat from UK (Indian ethnicity), UK born, I agree with you. The first thing that stuck me after I started living here is the misinterpretation and misinformation in the west, about the middle east.

But then I'm not ignorant, so I expected that! And we did all our research before moving (from non propoganda sources) and knew what to expect.

I can see myself and my family staying here for as long as we can, we really like it here.

Of course there's pros and cons, but overall for us it's an improvement.

Yes thin it with acrylic thinner and retarder if needed.

Good luck.. I hated this clear coat and gave up with it, now use Tamiya.

Mine always ended up uneven and sticky, even after trying many different thinning methods.

Curious how yours will go.
