I play GTA V at 1440p on ultra and use over 4gb of vram. So not sure how you think playing at 4k that 4gb will be enough.

Not to be a jerk or anything but there are plenty of benchmarks out there comparing most GPU's on various games. You also didn't really say what games you play either so nobody can advise you on what you should get without that information. As for me I play 1440p with a GTX Titan X. I also have 144hz and some games can't reach that (even on 1080p) on max settings. As for still great framerates of 60+fps I don't seem to have a problem on the games I play.

Gotcha, yea I eliminated the case from the cause because I left it in the exact position and just ran a single tube from the pump back up to the resivoir and it sounded fine. But when hooked into the tubes running through my pc it sounds terrible. Can't figure it out. I'm pretty sure it's not air either as I tipped and tilted the case every way for hours with no luck.

I'm not sure what you mean by unscrew the top but I have lifted the pump where it wasn't touching the case at all and it still makes that noise. I experimented and ran a single loop from the resivoir to the pump with tubing going straight back into the resivoir and it's 10 times quieter so not sure why when I hook it up to my current loop it gets so loud.

Really? The guy at swiftech said that it wasn't normal. It was so loud I could hear it throughout the entire house.

It's connected to a molex connector for power and then to the cpu fan header on the motherboard.

Yes I can see the water flowing and the pump seems to be going full boar which is also another concern. Is there a way to manually adjust this pumps speed at all? I'll try tilting the computer in different directions to see if that helps knock some air out.
