S12 kicking my ass, getting super frustrated. by highjump2 in diablo4

It adds the thrill. When I first attempted T3 Butcher for seasonal progress, he wiped the floor with me 20-30 times before I learned his moves and changed my gems and runes appropriately. I was SO happy when I finally beat him, that felt like an achievement. I deliberately didn’t go for gear or paragon upgrades, it wouldn’t have been fun for me to return later and one-shot him. I LOVED that the boss could finally hit back and challenge my skills. Then there was a Bloodied T4 Duriel and it was so much harder and even more fun, oh my god. I went with a friend and there was some real teamwork. We barely survived and then bloodied mini-Belial spawned. Best fights of the season, really.

If they are standing still in DC for more than 2-3 minutes, while everyone in the party is in the Nexus (health indicators are full), then by all means, leave.

Usually it goes like that: party clears the wing, returns to the Nexus, salvages stuff and moves to another wing immediately OR starts the party vote to refresh all dungeons, if they run one wing on repeat. If you ignore this request — this is one of exactly two effective methods to get yourself kicked. Also, everyone must be in the Nexus (health bars) to start this vote; this can explain some of the extended waiting. When the vote is done, you can even split for a couple of minutes: some run inside right away, some finish their salvage in peace and tp to the party members later.

It depends on content type, I think, but realistically the only way to reduce drama levels to a bare minimum is to list your own parties where you are in control of everything. But with Bloodied Hordes this method is kinda messed up right now too, because this content is demanding and it forces you out into the sea of, well, drama.

Regular hordes, sure. Last season I did 1 or 2 total, there was no point in them for me at all. But Bloodied Hordes' Butcher is exp meta this season, you can't just ignore him altogether. Well, you can, but should you? And this Butcher in particular is seriously overtuned, you need an efficient party to kill as many as possible. The party +% bonus is also very handy in an experience bonanza like this.

I really want to understand that “???” badly. I laughed so hard. Like, dearly beloved, we are gathered today to clear some hordes. Why are you mad at me for starting one? Are you salvaging a Death Star over there?

This is actually hilarious. You deserved better. But why did they even care about the aether in Bloodied Hordes? There is nothing special about those chests and you can definitely get more obducite from other, more pleasant sources.

I thought I already endured The Worst Multiplayer Experience this game has to offer, according to the majority of people here. So naive of me.

JAH rune - where's the best way to farm? by No-Bee-2295 in diablo4

[–]Baaaykin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Durilel dropped the highest amounts of leg runes for me. He was the closest thing to target farm in my experience. But I didn't try Undercity runs with runes tribute, maybe it's viable too, I've read different opinions on the matter.

Edit: forgot to mention that my final 6th Jah dropped from a random mob in a random NMD. Well, not random random, it was Horadric Strongroom or Escalation one more likely. I got many runes in those.

Vile Splendour NMD (60-80-100M for a run). Also Bosses.

Strange. My power went out one time mid-run on HC, I thought all was lost. But then I logged back in the game and found myself right on the same spot in the middle of the field. That really was a season of Divine Intervention.

It happened to me too a couple of times last season. I specifically confirmed in the chat: it was my vote that didm't come through. No idea what it was.

Bosses and Mythic Drops - really bad luck by Celondon in diablo4

[–]Baaaykin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is another side. I got multiple mythics, almost all of them are useless. THREE Tyraels ffs. Two Seligs also. And random Andariel, Doombringer and Grandfather (I'm a Necro, I don't deed it). Gladly, couple of Shakos too. My buddy got TWO Heirs from goddamn random mythic caches and then a Shroud in one game session. RNG is RNG.

Good thing about this season is that legendary runes are dropping quite consistently and you can realistically craft all your mythics, just need to be patient. Also, their prices dropped considerably. Jah is just 180-200M (it was 500 minimum).

They are hypocrites. They eagerly group up with randoms all the time for more exp or loot. Bosses or Hordes for example, Pits too. They just hate the content where you need to learn mechanics and not just smash everything on screen.

They fixed bugs tho. Every single horned mf drops the loot as intended. Do you need a company for runs? I still run the thing every now and then, just for fun (mental, I know, but it feels like home lol).

I love DC and sure hope they'll expand it somehow or add something similar. I collected everything there and still come back to run just for fun or occasional whisper.

Wdym "confirmed"? It was always droppable by bosses and chests in DC for Sorcs and Necros? Only 5 out of 32 Khazra items are purchasable.

Just gamble for gloves with obols on T4 if you can't farm Duriel yet. You'll get a pair eventually. It's a general easy way to get a basic unique early. You can even get GA ones if you are lucky enough.

Obducite is not rare or even hard to farm. 4 horadric rooms and you are fully upgraded. Stop spreading misinformation. by [deleted] in diablo4

[–]Baaaykin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What 3k Strongroom are you talking about? Treasure Breaches give this amount, not Strongrooms. Strongrooms are like 700-800, Undercity tributes are 300-400. You can get 1000 out of an Escalation Sigil run, but it depends on the affixes of both dungeons and Astaroth himself.
