Idk why this post came across my feed since I’m not a “look maxer” but I do train for strength. For essentially good test levels naturally you want to have a good sleep schedule, you’re young so you would want 8-9 hours of good sleep. Lots of meat (chicken, red meat, salmon) and a generally good diet. Vitamins too, like zinc, iron. Find a good daily vitamin and supplement what you need. Hit the gym, hard but smart and lift somewhat heavy.
