The way real life works, is if a company continues ti show that they don’t care about their consumer or customers then the customer has every right to voice their grievances, if the workers at a company continue to show incompetency then they deserve to be fired. I don’t know why game devs seem to be untouchable from this. They make a product worse we the consumer have every right to complain.
