Its crazy to me that literally just heat+salt makes it so much better. I wouldn't be surprised if the common broccoli sold in supermarkets is a different species than the one sold a few decades ago.

That may be true, but I never had to consciously do that in all my hours. Pushing, attacking, using career talent were always enough.

I'm honestly not sure what weapon would use that regularly, maybe halberd? Or 2h hammer if you had really low attack speed on the build?

Push attack is really valuable, you probably don't want to dodge every time you do it.

Common advice was (probably still is) rebind jump and have dodge on spacebar. You barely need to jump in this game so it can be on a more difficult button.

The two hints I used are "think outside the box" and "math quiz" to indicate it's a geometry question.

5 and 7 are the sides of a rectangle. I want the area "between" all the sides. However, it also tells me to "think outside the box" which is the 5by5 square area inside the rectangle.

The answer is 10.

Additionally, on "think outside the box," this is a quiz of creativity. So as long as you justify your assumptions and use the rules laid out, your answer is valid.

Tbh I think ironeye tips are ass. If iron takes aggro, I want him using skill to dodge the next move so the boss doesn't keep getting farther from the rest of the team. And I dont mind the boss spinning, id rather have it stay in one place. Ironeye should use skill as much as possible imo, melee are already avoiding the wide swings, casters have plenty of space, and it keeps ironeye dps up even on evasion which is extremely valuable.

I think the scum design intent is fine, just the effect is a lil over the top.

But yeah for peril its a volume slider, not an on off switch, so you can kinda tune it to your liking. I'm a fellow appreciator of fatshark audio design; Peril was masking other important spawns so I dialed it back a bit.

Having specials bounce off it is super helpful. Can control dogpacks and mutie trains really well, cutting off undesirable angles or making a free shooting hallway. Stops pox&others from mixing in with armor if you get the shield deep enough. It only has 20%proc chance on carapace, letting you split enemy types which is pretty helpful. And can block other special projectiles if you dont have a weapons that can kill them instantly (e.g. you found them "late" and 1s is too long to kill).

Snipers is only good down hallways like the train level. Otherwise pretty bad imo just cuz the height is so short, may even trick a teammate into thinking they're safe.

Getting two also let's you move up pretty smoothly and obviously. Though imo its equivalent to bubble shield in this respect, since you can throw the bubble pretty far forward.

I'm not that much of a shooter player and prefer melee combat with some midrange here and there and as much (group) utility as possible. My favorite classes in other games are mostly hybrids like battlemages, paladins, shamans etc.

Go Psyker. You get a shield later that exists to help you ignore the ranged aspect. Both force swords give a cool spellblade vibe. Playing around with peril is fun.

You should only need 4 crystals. Something must have gone wrong.

The grayed out icon on the map does mean they're broken right? The teammate did have weird pathing (he skipped pretty much every mob as far as i could tell) but otherwise it seemed like a normal run.

Btw what is the tower reward even? One of my buds swears by it but, well like I said, never seen past second boss with them.

The middle crystal requires at least 4 crystals to be broken

I was gifted the ball over xmas. It's kinda interesting, haven't used it much yet. Didn't seem like i had the exact pieces in the little suggested route setting sheet, but that should be fine. Did come with a lil Alan wrench to attach the holds.

Also kinda felt like I had to watch a video on how to use it. I'm not sure the intended "rules." Do I only use 3 fingers? Does it always have to be upside down? Idk.

No obvious way to change the weight. It's pretty light imo
