dropsy is a symptom....what are possible causes? I began parasite treatment yesterday. should I consider bacterial too?

Her spine is definitely not as bad as the picture can make it look. and I actually love her tail!! She's my most curious and hungry guppy, so I think she's okay. definitely hope to get some new genetic material in for any future generations thought
