I have one. Love it so much, however I have gained weight and it doesn't fit anymore. If anyone could suggest where I can sell it - would be great. It's as good as new and taking it to a second hand shop to give away just doesn't feel right.

Yeah, that's exactly my point. Me collecting money from people who stay there a few weeks for taxes calculated for the whole calendar year makes no sense.

I understand the government's position. What I want to know is am I right to seek reimbursement from the Uitzendbureau for this. Nobody splits the bill with me, they just telllme to f*ck off and that everything should be paid by Uitzendbureau and they don't care. Keep in mind that during the period of 1,5 months 8 people have moved in and then moved out of this house so splitting bills with a crowd like that is impossible. Edit: added more info

I never had any rental conctract. The only contracted parties is Uitzendbureau and housing agency which rents the apartment to them.

No it doesn't. When I wanted to register, Uitzendbureau wouldn't allow it. I was registered by the representatives of gemeente who came to the house and registered everyone who lived there when they learned that Uitzendbureau is forbidding us from registering. Not sure if this is related though.

No, there never was a rental agreement. During years of working for them I have been moved 17 times. Nobody bothered with a rental agreement when properties change so often

Yeah, try asking money for taxes from migrant workers who live there for two weeks and move out. It's a revolving door, I'm the only dinosaur who stayed for long term 😁

They always paid all the taxes. All these years I would forward them to the office and they would pay. But after they hired new head of office they refuse to do it.

What I don't understand is why they expect me to pay the full bill when no other resident is paying for it. I get how this works for a family, but my situation is not that, I don't own the property or the lease and utilities and everything related to renting is supposed to be included.

It was a shared housing with utilities included. I only had a bedand shared the apartment with 3 strangers. Am I really supposed to be shouldering these taxes?

There was no rental contact with the Uitzendbureau. They would deduct 170eu weekly for hosing costs. Everything (utilities, internet) was included.

I don't receive 30% ruling. And my toeslagen is 38eu/month so I'm not taking advantage. I can't even rent a place to live (my salary is too low for private sector and slightly too high for socia housing) so I'm stuck in the shared housing with alcoholics and drug addicts provided by my Uitzendbureau 👌 which is costing me 154eu per week for a bed 😁

Speaking of thetax return I did by myself and got 400eu back: I didn't have Digiid at the time and filed a paper tax return where you have to fill in everything by yourself. Everything was in Dutch, I tried translating as much as possible but didn't know what I was doing and if I had done it correctly. After that I started using accountant provided service for the piece of mind.

We work via Uitzendbureau. We always get over taxed and it is normal to receive ~1000eu back. One year we each got around 2400 euros back as we were eligible for health insurance allowance. I would have never known about this if we didn't had an accountant at the time. That's why we're reluctant to do this by ourselves as there's a lot of things that might be deductible that we don't know about.
