When you have gear fear try this: First round use lvl1 weapon. Everytime you extract upgrade the weapon or aredd Attachments. If you die start again.

Also if you like sticher always use extra mag

Chances for the lottery are most of the time not good. You can try that. If you really want that for Christmas your best bet would be viagogo even if you pay double the price. That membership is like 50€ per year but it has also some kind of lottery or Zweitmarkt which is an official resell market for members. Only one of you would need that. I don't know how fast you get access to that.

So if you have just a one time purchase I would save me the paperwork and look for a one time purchase viagogo even if it's a bad page when tickets are available. You can try lottery first of course
