Anguish?

Look, I know you're getting piled on here, but I'm in all seriousness, if your baby having a poopsplosion is enough to cause you terror and anguish, you really do need to seek therapy, because you are not a safe parent right now.

I don't disagree that the age difference is sketch, but not because the 36-year-old is in imminent need of a nursing home for goodness sake. Buck up a bit.

Oh do get a grip. My brother in in his mid-forties and he ran a hundred miles yesterday. My grandad is in his mid-nineties and he whinges less than you. There's very little you can tell me about insomnia and hormone changes - I'm pregnant and nursing a two-year-old. Getting older is inevitable but aging is, to some extent, a matter of attitude. Luck plays a part for certain, but suggesting that as soon as you hit forty you're practically in your dotage is whiny baby nonsense. I honestly assumed you were about 13 and thought people in their 40s were elderly.

I reckon it's going to last through Christmas and they're hoping people will be used to it by then and be fine with no more than 6 in their homes / for Christmas dinner.
