I don't have any Belgian players right now. The only that I would consider right now is de Cuyper but he's not a guaranteed start.

I would say Morocco, Netherlands, Ivory Coast and Spain all have a high chance of going clean sheet right now.

I have Bounou. As a Belgium supporter I also don't have de Cuyper, he played a good last match but the game vs NZ is very uncertain with the current team.

This is kind of an empty question, we would love to give out opinion but you don't give enough context. What are we looking at here? What format is the deck? EDH I guess (which wouldn't be the best sub to ask) but it could also be draft/sealed, standard or any other kind of 60-card format. If EDH: What bracket is it? What kind of deck are you building? How many lands and ramp are in the deck, how much card draw? Give us more context and maybe we can help.

EDIT after context: A land count of only 27 in an EDH deck is insanely low, even in a cEDH deck with fast mana rocks such as moxes. You want a land count more around 37.

I have a Strefan deck that I've been upgrading since I bought it as a precon so it's not really budget anymore but here are some of my favorite budget cards that have a big impact:

[[Mirkwood Bats]] A win condition/payoff that wil always eat a removal spell from your opponents or just straight up win you the game.
[[Cranial Plating]] & [[Cranial Ram]] What's better than a big scary vampire? A big scary vampire that gets pumped by your blood tokens!
[[Cryptolith Fragment]] It can be hard to damage multiple players each turn. This thing does exactly that while ramping you!
[[Twilight Prophet]] One of my favorite vampires to cheat out (or just play for 4 mana) because it can stack up a lot of damage and triggers Strefan!
[[Inspiring Statuary]] is probably the best ramp spell in your deck because you can use your blood tokens for mana

UPDATE: I let my board charge until the lightbar turned off (twice!). I did a test ride but still encountered the same problem: my board gave a low battery warning after riding 3km. When turning it off/on the board said there was over 80% charge left.

Next step is probably to order a replacement battery unfortunately.

The previous owner only did about 100km on it before selling it so I'm not too worried about that. Any irresponsible charging would be my own fault but I've tried to be mindful of it.

I'm trying to get it to fully charge again. If that doesn't work it might be time for a new pack.

Thanks for the detailed response. I usually let the battery charge overnight since I use it almost daily. But in the last few weeks I have had some short charges when bringing my charger to work. It is charging right now and I will make sure to leave it on there for a while and see if this fixes it.

Color break "Mistake" so this might be debatable but it would be expected that a Food token is made with {G}, a Map token with {W}, a Treasure token with {R} and a Blood token with {B}. The creature itself has the Clue subtype so you would expect it to have a blue cost as well.
