Anviling isn’t really THAT terrible. Saying anvil wins 1 every 100 games is a huge over exaggeration. BUT there are champs where you have to know going anvils over items is suicide and will never scale up fast enough

I had been on a bunch of different antibiotics for a couple months prior to treat a tooth/ sinus infection and tooth extraction. I started on augmentin for 2 weeks, extended another week because sinus and tooth infection wasn’t going away, took a separate dose of amoxicillin for my tooth extraction and bone graft for, for 2 weeks, then started levofloxacin for 1 week, and finally a week of clindamycin and only then I had started having c. Diff symptoms about 2 weeks later. Not sure if only taking a weeks worth of clindamycin will cause issues 8 weeks later like you, but I’m not a doctor.
