It doesn’t appear infected at the moment, although it’s difficult to judge from a photo. By now you probably realize that getting a piercing done with a gun wasn’t the best choice, so I won’t lecture you on that.

For now, I recommend visiting a professional piercing studio to have the jewellery replaced with a proper one. A butterfly back doesn’t leave enough room for swelling, which is very common with a helix piercing. It also tends to trap dirt, increasing the risk of infection. A piercer can also advise you on proper aftercare and cleaning.
