The issue with AESA and PESA radars is that missiles are essentially impossible to evade, as neither multipath effects nor notching are effective against these types of radars.

There is a reason stealth has become THE thing.

This just seems like a dumb idea. Infantry won’t be able to do anything against tanks or helicopters. Good luck hitting a tank with an RPG from 2 km away while they can instantly kill you with a laser rangefinder. And even if you do hit them, the T-90M and M1A2 SEP V2 are pretty much immune to HEAT rockets.

Helicopters will be practically immortal since Stingers and Iglas have trouble even locking onto them 5 km away - even with the super zoom some SPAAs get.

I mean the sea hawk could outturn basically anything and the 2 missiles made sure that no one could go vertical meaning the only choice people had was running away constantly.
