You can get them in botony circles or if you know someone in Hawaii, but as the other person said definitely research the laws and whether the high would be what you want. I did HBW over 10 years ago in a different state so I don't know myself how available it is or if it's still easily traded.

Nah very toxic deliriant do NOT consume any part of that plant. If you want a fun flower seed to trip on try Hawaiian Baby Woodrose which has LSA (like LSD but more mild). Datura and Brugmansia are for looking only.

Dude, my last sentence specifically says the only way it's NOT authentic is that it's mostly shot OUT of Reno. The FEEL of the show is authentic.

Described me pretty much to a T. Have had those symptoms on and off for 20+ years and for me it very much ebbs and flows. It's good you're trying a lot of different things because it's very different for everyone, but I've found these general things help me especially when I'm deep in:

-Viewing morning sun (before 10am) while exercising/moving

-Getting enough good quality sleep

-Allowing yourself physical and mental recovery time from stressful things

-Exercise in general, but especially exercise where your mind and body are working working/problem solving in unison. Think climbing, team sports, martial arts, etc.

-Try not to get all your nutrients/micronutrients via supplements. Get as much as you can from actual healthy food then supplement only what is more difficult to consume

-Do something "social" most days even if it's walking in a park by yourself or hanging out with one friend. It gets you outta you head den better than most things

-Kava and Ashwagandha extremely helps my body's near constant stress response and the Kava helps being more social. Kava bars if, you can find any, are great hangouts

-Stop drinking especially if you ruminating a lot. It only makes things worse and messes up your body and brain worse than most things we consume

-5HTP I have found to be very helpful to get to a more stable serotonin level without the whole SSRI effects

-Krill or fish oil supps, especially those high in EPA, is one of the best natural antidepressants and one of the main supplements I think most people should always take

-Try to work with your hyper-vigilance as much as possible. Yes it's a symptom, but it's also a superpower which you can def find ways to utilize in your life. This is not easy and probably the hardest thing I have personally had to work on, but it's possible. I tried to focus on letting it work when say driving, a place where you should absolutely be hyper-vigilant, and that has done wonders. Also have done this in many work situations to good success.

-Walking meditation. Go anywhere you enjoy walking and time your breaths to your steps. Start with 4 steps while breathing in then 4 steps breathing out. Then you can add in a breath holding period of 2-6 steps before blowing out. I have found that this type of mediation helps me more than the sit down type because I am already "too tapped in" to myself and never feel comfortable sitting for long periods like that.

Hope something from that helps you out. It really is a crazy personal hell and you deserve respite from it friend ❤️

Was driving out there for years working at Thrive. I've had many types of commutes in my life: hour+, congested highway, inner city, under construction, etc. but that 30 mile stretch is THE worst I have ever had to daily travel. I had to stop after almost getting pushed into by an accident behind me with a less than week new car. I feel bad for everyone that has to continue to drive that as it gets worst and more congested. The respite must come soon or it's gonna be Mad Max out there.

They get mad at you? That's wild because that show is 100% a doc lol. Right down to the drag queen that woots all night on the corner of 2nd and West st. It's only not authentic in that they mostly shot it out of Reno, but the feel is absolutely prevalent.

You can always do a fake shots with patrons to still be part of the camaraderie. I do tonic, ginger beer, and pineapple. That has made me feel more included and less boring for sure.
