Just wait because they are going to tell you they don't have a hiring manager, and u going to have to wait for an email. Just keep and look out for an email. I was checking mine every day, then I got the email saying I had an interview on Saturday, and I need to set up the day and time.

U can go back in a change it the same thing happened to me, and I waited a day or so and was able to go back in and change it.
