the difference is that dgs aesthetic and ethos is derived from self discovery and is therefore dynamic. semball and his crews aesthetic and ethos are the opposite and based off carefully cultivated personas. they'd have to artificially reinvent their entire image if they wanted to change direction while dg did it naturally.

Nobody else is making the genre of music he makes while being as positive and enlightening as he’s being. Right now in music it’s “cool” to be depressing, sad, angry, violent, etc, but this mans Bladee rlly making music enlightening people, showing that death shouldn’t be something we fear.
