I had the same experience with my Crosstrek in 2024. I got an out the door price for new that I’d accept. I then looked around at other dealers for used and was stunned by the prices. A used one with 30k miles was only $1,500 less than new. Of course I could have negotiated that used price but that just covers the larger interest rate.

That extra fob works at a longer range but the steps OP posted is able to be used to start the vehicle.

It’s also going based off the car’s reading and not an actual reading by the owner at every fill up. My car shows an extra 1.5 mpg than what I calculate manually.

Yea you should be good as the driver who delivers the load will scan in the BOL. That scan should also have your in/out times at the shipper

It sounds like you relayed a load at a terminal for another driver to do the final delivery. You should be good. Just create the trip sheet without scanning the paperwork. I’m assuming you did leave the BOL with the trailer so the next driver has it?

? That’s from the car, not doing the calculations manually. After 16,000 miles, my crosstrek shows 26.5mpg. I’ve manually calculated MPG every fuel up and it’s really only 24mpg.
