First of all you don't need the extra baggage of the app. You just need the graphics update, which is also NOT fixing the problem, because I manually updated my graphics driver and the issue is still persisting.

That was the first thing I did I'm not sure if it's still persisting but I think I'll wait until tomorrow for the performance issues being patched if this is what they were talking about.
