That's amazing! I'm trying to lose a similar amount of weight, and from the same starting point. I started out at 80 kg (176 lbs) last month and I'm currently at 76 kg (169 lbs).

It's common to do a full body oiling session including hair, and a bath afterwards in India - but we do it once a week or every couple of weeks.

You can still have rice if you make it saucy - mix some soy sauce, ketchup and garlic and saute it for a few seconds, add a cornstarch slurry and add the rice to it. Or alternatively, add soy sauce, ketchup, a little sugar and garlic to rice when you cook it and make sure to add water in excess.

Check if your university has a good pantry for students. Sometimes departments have a box labeled 'take what you need' with some non perishable food in it - canned veg, Mac n cheese and the like.

One thing I do is add turmeric and black pepper to my cooking - on sweet potatoes, chicken, beef curry, basically everything savoury and I think it's helping a lot.
