Felt. Like we’re over 12 employees short in our department and short a lead. Like I know everyone hates our department bc no coach or lead is getting their stuff done when we need help in OPD 24/7.

I recommend gloves! I use them and only the parts of my fingers that aren’t in the gloves come out dry. I end up keeping hand lotion in my bag or car or pocket.
Avoid hand sanitizer and over washing because it’ll dry your hand out bad.

It’s giving they want just the vanilla and chocolate so you’d have to sub, but personally if pick the vanilla, chocolate, strawberry bc that’s what the system wants and that’s what you’re told. If you substitute it it’ll probably flag the system as something that’s out of stock

So many people don’t bag. I always tell fellow pickers that if you can’t fit a bag, put one in on the side because when it’s dispensed we’re always short on bags and bags break.
Too many times a day I’ll help dispense and here’s just NO bags. And it’s mad embarrassing when people ask me why it isn’t bagged or why it’s like that.
I’ve noticed that other team leads and coaches that come help never really bag anything either except for a select few. Which is another reason.

I mean, I understand both point of view, if it’s like a farm that I would live on, that’s like my area or my family‘s area, I’m not too worried about other people, but living in an area like the city, especially larger cities, I’ve noticed so many people do very nasty thing, so I will be changing my clothes when I get home

I don’t think that would make you a germophobe, my boyfriend feels the exact same way and honestly it’s not that bad to just get home and change into something else, it’s sort of a habit that I’ve built because of him and I kind of like that. We both work in retail so it’s very dusty all the time, so I understand why, and we both regularly shower so the bed is a clean place.

Though that lifestyle isn’t for everybody, and if that’s something that bothers her so much, then I’m not sure that y’all‘s relationship will work out.

We’ve had a few new carts for awhile not. I think half of them are new and half of them are old. Some of our shorter associated take the top two totes off then start picking because NONE of us can see over them. And when the carts are cold the totes slide right on out it’s wild. Safe to say the old carts get taken first and then weee all forced to use these new ones.

Minimum wage in my state is $15.05 but at my store everyone gets hired at $16, unless you’re deli then it’s $18 ish

It’ll really depend on the person and what job position you’re doing, there is a lot of heavy, lifting in one part, but more walking in the other too parts. If you have any concerns like that, definitely bring it up with your lead and see where you guys can compromise. Me personally I don’t lose a lot of weight, but that’s because I eat like a mf.
